Returns

Before shipment, we will send detailed photos and videos for customer confirmation. If the customer is not satisfied, we will replace the watch and resend QC. Upon receipt, if the wrong watch was sent or there was an error caused by us, please contact us to arrange a return. Prior to returning the item, please contact us. Note that the watch must have no changes in appearance, including any packaging or protective film, otherwise, we cannot accept it for return or resale.

Product Replacement

We will replace your order with the same item (or as discussed) under the following conditions:

  • The watch you received does not match your order (model, brand, type, or color).
  • The watch you received differs from the product description on our website.
  • Your package was seized by customs when using our recommended shipping method.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

We provide a 3-month warranty for each watch, starting from the date of QC approval.

  • The warranty covers normal use of the movement only. It does not cover damage caused by accidents or personal actions, such as attempting self-repair or dropping the watch on a hard surface.
  • Any repairs or modifications performed by you or third-party watchmakers/modifiers will void the warranty we provide.
  • We are not responsible for water damage since we cannot verify the depth at which the watch was submerged beyond the product specifications.

Within the warranty period, we offer two service options:

  • Local Repair: You can find a local watchsmith, typically costing $50-$100. We will reimburse up to $50 to help offset the repair cost, providing a quicker resolution.
  • Return to China: You may send the watch back to us via standard or registered mail, with shipping costs and risks borne by the customer. Upon receipt, the factory will repair the watch, and we will cover return shipping. This option may take longer and carries the risk of customs interception.

Note: Do not return items without prior notice! This is very important. Before you return the item, we will provide detailed shipping information, including the address of the shipping agent and how to safely package the item for protection.
