Quality Inspection Process

Even watches produced by top-tier factories can sometimes have issues with appearance or movement functions, making the quality inspection process essential. Here’s how we ensure your watch arrives as close to perfection as possible.

Exterior Inspection

  • Case Check: Ensure the watch case is free of scratches, dents, and discoloration. Check that components such as the crown and buttons are secure and free of any looseness.
  • Crystal Check: Verify that the crystal is clear, free of scratches or cracks, and provides optimal visual clarity.
  • Dial and Hands: Confirm that the dial printing is clear, the hands are securely mounted, and their movement is smooth and unobstructed.
  • Strap and Clasp: Inspect the strap and clasp for secure connections and ensure that their appearance meets the required standards.

Movement Inspection

  • Timekeeping Accuracy: Test the timekeeping precision to ensure it falls within the allowable margin of error. (The inspection standards require a daily error within +10 seconds, an amplitude range of 220-320, and a beat error of 0-0.5 ms.)
  • Functionality Test: Check if all basic functions, such as time display and calendar, operate correctly.

Final Package Check

  • Exterior Cleaning: Conduct a final cleaning of the watch to remove fingerprints, dust, and other debris.
  • Packaging Preparation: Once quality inspection is complete, prepare the watch for packaging and shipment.
