2. Method of payment

We support the following two payment methods:

  1. Prepay a $50 deposit. Typically within 3-5 days (subject to exact timing), we will send you detailed QC videos and pictures for your approval. After confirmation, you can pay the remaining balance, and we will arrange shipping with a tracking number provided.

  2. Full prepayment. We accept PayPal FF, TransferWise, bank transfer, and crypto payments (BTC, ETH, USDT, etc.).

3. Quality check process

  1. Before shipping, we will provide a full set of QC photos, including the watch’s front, sides, movement, strap, engravings, and timegrapher images. If our team or the customer detects any non-factory defects, we will reorder a new watch of the same model, offer an alternative option, or provide a full refund. Shipping will only proceed with the customer’s approval.

Note: QC typically takes 3-7 days, but delays may occur due to market instability, such as factory closures, holidays, or government inspections. Please contact us for updates at any time.

4. Shipping

After QC approval, we offer two shipping options:

  1. Our complimentary express shipping, which typically delivers to most countries within 10-15 days and comes with a fully trackable tracking number.

  2. Commercial express shipping via FedEx or UPS, with a shipping fee of $60, delivering in approximately 3-5 days, fully trackable.

If your package is lost or seized by customs during transit, we will reship a new watch at no additional cost. Please note, we are not liable for theft once the package has been delivered.

5. Aftersales service

Our warranty period is three months from the date QC is confirmed. If any issues arise within this period after the watch arrives, we offer the following solutions:

  1. Local repair: You can find a local watchsmith, whose rates typically range from $50-$100. We will reimburse you with a $50 repair fund to help offset the cost, offering a quicker resolution.

  2. Return to China: You may send the watch back to us via standard or registered mail, with shipping costs and risks borne by the customer. Upon receipt, we will have the watch repaired by the factory and cover the return shipping. This option may take longer and carries a risk of customs interception

  3. Please make sure to check the watch for any issues before removing the plastic film, as we won’t be able to offer a replacement afterward.
